History of The Bloomprint

How We Got Here

We are constantly being fed self-help and improvement. Every day, you see articles, posts, and videos telling you to eat right, sleep for eight hours, and exercise.

Your friends may tell you about a new diet they tried that worked great for them, or a new supplement that is supposed to clear your mind and make studying easier. Your mom tells you not to lift weights, while your favorite influencer says that weightlifting is the best way to achieve your dream body. We are reminded to eat fruits, proteins and veggies, but not too much, because you do not want to exceed your daily calorie limits. Personally, I remember being told to avoid carbs like the plague, but then was told by a physician that doing so could lead to ketosis (scary).

Everyone wants perfect health, but with so much information out there, it is difficult to decide what advice to put into practice and apply to your life. And today in a culture of social media, you can never know what products and plans to purchase because of sponsorships and paid promotions.

That is how TheBloomprint was born. At the Bloomprint, we believe in simplicity. You do not need to buy every new product and try outrageous diets to achieve your health goals. Wellness is a right, not a privilege and we are here to help bridge access to good health for all. Here at Bloomprint, we tackle a variety of health, wellness, and lifestyle topics from recipes and workout plans to college advice and study tips. Some posts will focus on meal prep recipes for various fitness goals, while other posts will discuss minority health concerns and how we can address them. This blog will also center around self-improvement, discussing ways to prioritize your emotional wellbeing and to put it simply- your peace.

We want all of our readers to come to our site, knowing that their health and positive living is a priority and of value. Our goal is to reach those in search of advice and guidance and provide answers that you can actually use and apply. Afterall, it is your right

–Much love, Bloomprint
